What else do we do besides one-to-one personal training?
Group personal training gives you the opportunity to train at a lower rate with 2 or 3 people. Don't get us wrong, this is still personal training. You don't need to have the same goals as the other people. Gavin Walsh is skilled enough that he can train an Olympic Athlete and an OAP at the same time. The programs are designed before the workout and executed in such away that allows 2 or even 3 people to train at the same time whilst under supervision. The benefit for you is that it costs less per session.
30 minute personal training sessions for fat loss or toning. Half the time and a lower rate than the full hour. Whats the difference? The only difference is you make sure you are warm before the session and you then cool yourself down and stretch afterwards.
The Boot Camp is a group exercise program which runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 4 weeks outside. A total of 12 sessions. There will be camps running the course of the year.
