Keen to know more?! Excellent: you obviously mean business and are ready to get some serious results. Because Gavin has many other fitness commitments, he only ever takes on a handful of personal training clients at one time. This unfortunately means that there can, occasionally, be a waiting list for his services. But don't let that put you off. Firstly, you can be assured that you will receive the very best of Gavin's attention. And secondly, as long as you are prepared to make the necessary changes and put forward 110% effort to achieving your goals Gavin will make room to train you. Your training will be focussed and goal orientated with an emphasis on continuous progression. Gavin or a member of his team will build you a targetted, efficient program of training and nutrition to get you to where you want to be as quickly as is healthy to do so. He will monitor you at every session to make sure that you are on track and training at the right pace to reach your goals. And when you hit your targets every week, what better motivation to keep you on the right path? Your training will be varied and inspiring. You will encounter exercises, equipment and techniques that you may never have come across before and which will test you mentally as well as physically. But above all YOU WILL GET RESULTS. A quick word of warning though: if you aren't serious and committed, be prepared to face Gavin's wrath! Yes, Gavin sacks his clients, in true Alan Sugar style! (although, he has only had to do this in less than a handful of instances and you will get fair warning). As with any relationship it is a two-way affair and if only one person is making the effort it's not going to work out long term. It's not always possible to train with Gavin personally due to time constraints or budget and in these circumstances it is recommended that you train with one of Gavin's highly trained team members.
