What Are Your Options?
1. Personal Training Brighton and Hove: The majority of my clientele are based within Brighton and Hove, but I am also happy to travel to other areas of Sussex.
2. Online Coaching: Not everyone can train with me on a one-to-one basis, but everyone can benefit from my expertise with my online training service, no matter where they live or how busy they might be.
3. International Personal Training: I have a number of international clients that I train intensely for a period of 7-21 days in a location of their choice. This service is for those who are truly committed to employing the best expertise in the pursuit of their health and fitness.
4. Other Helpful Resources: For those of you who are unable to commit the time, or perhaps the finances, to train with me personally or remotely I have a range of online resources to get you in shape that all guarantee results.
