What Is Online Coaching?
Not everyone who visits this website is based in Brighton.
Some people find me through social media, others through a magazine article and some have simply been sitting on my email list for a while and come here to have a nosey from time to time.
Whichever the case may be, you don’t need to live in sunny Brighton to benefit from my expertise – lucky you!
My online coaching/remote training (or whatever you want to call it) is a fantastic way to get the results you’re searching for.
Whether it be fitness, fat loss, toning or all three, I can help.
Online coaching has come on leaps and bounds over recent years, especially with the development of dedicated apps and, of course, Skype.
You can literally be anywhere in the World and benefit from my expert knowledge and accountability.
Not to mention it’s cheaper than training with me on a (physical) one-to-one basis.
First of all, we need to get you on the phone for a wee chat to find out what you’ve been up to and what your goals are.
I’ll be able to tell you where you might be able to improve and whether you might be suitable for my online coaching service.
I’ve coached all sorts of people online, but typically my online clients don’t need someone to stand over them and supervise their workouts.
They just want to know what to do, how to do it and when to do it.
Oh, and someone to crack the whip once in a while if they’ve been slacking.
You might wonder how all this is achieved.
Well, once you’ve decided to put forth 100% effort and follow my training rules, I’ll get to work designing a training program based on your goals, time frame and equipment you have available.
From here we’ll check in with each other every week (telephone or Skype) to make sure your bod is heading in the right direction.
Oh and I almost forgot!
I’ve also got a dedicated app for your smartphone that you can view all of your workouts and track your progress at the click of a button.
In a nutshell, I’ll be with you every step of the way.
