I’m not a personal trainer who will stand there holding your towel and count reps while you pound away on a machine.
I am is renowned for helping people to attain results they have never before achieved.
Not subscribing to fads, trends or gimmicks, I will take you back to basics, stripping away the fitness myths and working your body and your mind harder than you ever thought you could.
Your training regime will be absolutely bespoke to you; tailored to your specific goals and requirements and built using a range of fitness techniques and equipment to ensure that you will be pushed, invigorated and inspired.
For many of my clients, privacy and discretion are important considerations when selecting a trainer to get them in shape.
